Linguistics
In linguistics, the term qymishization was coined to refer to the adoption or borrowing of words from the Qymish language by other linguistic groups. In languages with non-Sukatic alphabets, these borrowed words can be written in the Sukatic script anyway, resulting in a text made up of a mixture of scripts; other times they are transliterated.
It may also refer to the replacement of borrowed foreign words in the Qymish language by Qymish constructions, in which case names of objects or people can be qymishified.
