Scildism is the main religion, mainly or partly originating in Ottelia, of which Prugundy is the successor state. Prugundy is a secular state and freedom of religion is guaranteed by the constitution.

Culture
The culture of Prugundy, a country in Southern Meran, encompasses first and foremost the observable cultural practices of its inhabitants. It also reflects Prugundy's history since antiquity as one of the greatest cultural centers of Meran. Marked by the Auser and Byrakan civilizations, the country was the center of the Ottelian Empire and of Scildism, and simultaneously, it was the cradle of humanism. Its national animal is the red fox, present on both its flag and its coat of arms.
