The Basis Development Bank (BDB) is an international financial institution headquartered in Wamping, Methelor. Established in 2341 to finance reconstruction in Meran and Daroch following the Boreal War. Its mandate quickly expanded to advancing economic development and eradicating poverty on Pahari and Visala as well.
