The Ottelians (Ottelian: 𐐄𐐻𐐻𐐯𐑊𐐫𐑅, Ottelõs) are an ancient civilization located in Southern Meran and one of the greatest commercial, maritime, cultural, and military powers of Meran in Antiquity. Their capital and cradle was Dâmõpẽ, in what is now Prugundy.
