Great Alliance

The Great Alliance was a military alliance between Horalia, Prugundy, Riuden and Zandomia. These allies, particularly during the Boreal War, opposed those of the Nagur Pact (Astamon, Qym and Thyon).

When Holaria decided to start a war against the Nagur Pact by invading Tamodia, the two Darochian powers of Riuden and Zandomia immediately offered their support, seeing an opportunity to simultaneously attack a less-protected Astamon, as Qym and Thyon would be forced to primarily fight in Meran. Prugundy was initially reluctant in joining the war, as Holaria was the aggressor, until a change in government to a pro-war president galvanized popular support through the concept of revanchism against Qym.
