The Treaty of Podrika was signed on DAY MONTH 2351, formally ending the state of war between the Nagur Pact and Prugundy. It came into general effect on DAY MONTH 2351.

Territorial changes

Reparations

Payments

War reparations at 2340 prices, in Lach amounts:

  • Ⱎ1 billion (equivalent to Ⱎ18.66 billion in 2440) to Astamon;
  • Ⱎ4 billion (equivalent to Ⱎ74.66 billion in 2440) to Chiyan;
  • Ⱎ2 billion (equivalent to Ⱎ37.33 billion in 2440) to Gosaria;
  • Ⱎ500 million (equivalent to Ⱎ9.33 billion in 2440) to Imendia;
  • Ⱎ3 billion (equivalent to Ⱎ56 billion in 2440) to Qym;
  • Ⱎ500 million (equivalent to Ⱎ9.33 billion in 2440) to Tamodia;
  • Ⱎ4 billion (equivalent to Ⱎ74.66 billion in 2440) to Thyon.

In total, Prugundy was required to pay Ⱎ14.5 billion (equivalent to Ⱎ270.66 billion in 2440) reparations to the Nagur Pact and to Chiyan.

Forced labor

Qym used around 1 million Prugundians as forced laborers, most of which worked in Qym or in Occupied Prugundy for Qymish crown corporations. All laborers had returned to Prugundy by the entry into force of the treaty in 2351.

Intellectual property

All of Prugundy's patents, research data, and trademarks were seized as war reparations and divided among the Nagur Pact countries.

Dismantling of industries and infrastructure

Military clauses

The Prugundian Armed Forces would be required to have at most:

  • 250,000 personnel in total.
  • 215 heavy and medium tanks.
  • 25,000 personnel in its Navy.
  • 35 ships.
  • 25,000 personnel in its Air Force.
  • 215 fighter aircraft.
  • 150 other aircraft.

Additionally, Prugundy was prohibited from acquiring new battleships, submarines and aircraft carriers.

Political clauses

Unlike the Treaty of Polamdi with regard to Holaria, the Treaty of Podrika had little political impact on Prugundian society. Prugundy continued being a unitary presidential republic, despite opposition from Qym, which desired a return of the Prugundian royal family and the establishment of a constitutional monarchy. The only major political change that occurred was the implementation of proportional representation in its electoral system, after analyzing that the pro-war Conservative Party would not have been able to form a government in 2330 with that system in place, and the anti-war parties could have formed a coalition instead. Furthermore, private political contributions were banned entirely and compulsory voting was instituted, with the idea that a democratic maximalist Prugundy would be less likely to support any war in the future.
