Gosaria is a sovereign state in Northern Meran. It borders Qym to the north and west, Prugundy to the southwest and Bermiza to the southeast.

History

• Eastern Byrak (or not, depending on geography), with various tribes during Antiquity.
• The Sukats conquer all of Northern Meran.
• The Sukats Kingdom ruptures into the Western and Eastern Sukatic Empire in 1100 CE, with the latter centered in Podrika.
• The Gosarian Empire is formed and succeeds the Eastern Sukatic Empire in 1453 CE. It controls Gosaria, Imendia, Qym and Tamodia, and fights wars with Prugundy and other countries on Meran.
• The Gosarian Empire is dissolved following the First Gosarian War (1915–1918). The current Kingdom of Gosaria is established alongside neighbors Imendia, Qym and Tamodia.
• Gosarian royals are not happy about their defeat in the war, so they launch a second war, the Second Gosarian War (1936–1941), against Qym to re-establish their Empire but are defeated.
• Minds its business while Qym and Thyon are fighting over Tamodia. May be fighting Prugundy or Eastern Meranian countries in the meantime.
• Becomes a constitutional monarchy in 2195 as a compromise after the defeat of the absolutists in the Prugundian Civil War.
• Supports Qym during the Qymo–Thyonese Wars (2210–2240).
• Stays neutral during the Ocean War (2253–2255) to avoid angering either side.
• Joins the Nagur Pact in 2327 and primarily fights Prugundy during the Boreal War.
• Occupies Prugundy after the war and is granted a few border territories as well as reparations.
• Is a founding member of the Organization of Sukatic Nations in 2343 and embraces Pan-Sukatism, benefitting from Qymish protection and economic relations.
• Sends the Gosarian Expeditionary Force to fight the Austral War for the Nagur Pact.

It has sea access to the east. It borders Qym to the north and west, Prugundy to the southwest and Bermiza to the southeast.
